Optical Character Recognition

The Optical Character Recognition section of the Cloud Settings allows the user to specify the criteria Alfred must follow in order to perform OCR operations on files that require them.

Omen Providers

This sections allows the user to specify which OCR provider they wish to use to analyze uploaded files. The following OCR providers are available google and aws.

Word Error Rate Tolerance

Allows the user to specify the minimum confidence value for words extracted by the OCR service. Values can range between 0.0 and 1.0.

Character Error Rate Tolerance

Allows the user to specify the minimum confidence value for characters extracted by the OCR service. Values can range between 0.0 and 1.0.
