Jobs Screen

Description

The screen provides information of all of the current and past jobs managed by the customer's Alfred project. It is an interactive screen that has two filters one that allows to filter jobs by stage and the other allows to filter jobs by date.

Jobs Table

The following section of the screens shows detailed information about each of the jobs submitted by the customer. By default the table has the following columns:

Column
Description

Job Id

Shows the unique identifier for the job in the row.

Job Stage

Shows the current stage the job is in the processing pipeline.

Input Files

Shows the total amount of files linked to the job.

Channel

Shows the channel through which the job was received.

Priority

Indicates the priority of the job.

User Name

Shows the email of the user who uploaded the job.

Update date

Shows the last date and time that the job was last updated.

Progress

Indicates percentage of files within the job that have completed the pipeline.

Filters

This screen has two available filters that allow the user to easily search any Job that may be of interest to them. The filters allow the user to filter by Stage and by Creation Date, they will be explained in detail below:

Date Filter

The date filter allows the user to filter jobs by their Creation Date. This is a first level filter and the results of applying it will affect the options available in the other filters.

Stage Filter

After applying the date filter, the user will be able to select the different stages a job can have within the pipeline and filter them accordingly.
