Create Company

This page provides the necessary information to allow user to create a company inside Alfred's platform.

Prerequisites

In order to be able to complete this guide, the user must complete the following checklist:

• Have a working internet access.

• Have a username with the ADMIN role registered in the platform.

Procedure

Access the Companies Screen

From any screen within Alfred, click on the username located on the top right corner to display the user drop down menu.

With the dropdown menu open, click on the Companies' button. This will redirect the user to the Companies Screen

Access the Company Creation Screen

Once the Companies Screen has loaded, click on the Add New + button. This will open the Company Creation Screen.

Complete the Company Creation form

Once the Company Creation form has loaded, you must fill out all of the fields present in the form. Once all of the fields are completed, click the submit button.

Field	Description
Country	Country in which the company is based.
Tax Registration Number	Tax registration number in the company's base country.
Company Name	Name of the company being registered.
Account Plan	Name of the Alfred plan to which the company has subscribed.
Language	The default language in which Alfred will be shown to all of the company's users.
Account Manager Name	Name of the person responsible of managing the company's account.
Account Manager Email	Email address of the person responsible managing the company's account.
Phone	Official telephone number of the company.
Web Address	Official web address of the company.
Street	Name of the street in which the company is located.
City	Name of the city in which the company is located.
Contact	Name of the main contact within the company. Can be different to the Account Manager.
Apartment / Building	Name of the building in which the company is located.
Logo	URL containing the image of the company's logo. It must be a public URL.
Footer	Modifies the footer shown in the bottom left section of the Alfred screens.
Quota Limit	Indicates the maximum number of documental units that will be considered for the base price.
Documental Unit Price	The unit price of the documental units uploaded by the company.
Additional Documental Unit Price`	The unit price of the documental units once the Quota Limit has been exceeded.

Confirm the Company's creation.

Once the submit button has been clicked, navigate to the Companies' Screen and find the name of the newly created company.
