Alfred is an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform developed by Tagshelf, designed to help customers unlock actionable insights from diverse sources of information. At its core, Alfred processes documental units—a flexible concept encompassing not just traditional documents, but also audio, video, API data, web content, and database records. This approach ensures that any source of structured or unstructured data can be transformed into meaningful, actionable information.

With its modular architecture, Alfred seamlessly integrates with CRMs, ERPs, and other enterprise systems through APIs, direct database interactions, or RPA workflows.
